Terms of Use — Knockdown

Last updated: July 9, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Knockdown app ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

The app

Knockdown is a personal debt-payoff tracker. You add your own accounts and payments; the app stores them locally on your device and shows projections and tools to help you plan. Knockdown does not connect to your bank and does not move money.

Not financial advice

Knockdown provides estimates and planning tools, not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Projections are based solely on the numbers you enter and on assumptions described in the app ("How we calculate"). Always verify against your real statements before making payment decisions. You are responsible for your financial choices.

License

You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse- engineer, or tamper with the app except where the law expressly allows it.

Subscriptions & billing

Knockdown's core debt tracking is free. Plus and Pro are optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock additional features.

App Store terms

If you got Knockdown from the Apple App Store, these additional terms apply:

Your data

Your data lives on your device. Keeping backups is your responsibility (see the Privacy Policy). The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law; we are not liable for data loss, so please export backups regularly.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to the app's listed support contact.
